Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack presents a proclamation declaring 2005-06 to be India Year in Iowa to DMACC President Rob Denson during the Going Global Business Seminar on "Focus-India: U.S.-India Partnership for the 21st Century."  The event officially kicked off DMACC's year long international focus on India.
